Max has just become a tour guide at the opera house in sydney and he encounters a very strange incident in the concert hall during his maiden tour of the building. The incident is just the latest in a string of happenings over the buildings near forty year history and this spurs Max on to research and uncover the mysteries that lie beneath the magnificent sails. What he discovers is the legend of the opera house ghost, who according to legend, lives inside the building and remains hidden to all who work there. The new head of security does not appreciate Max's snooping and conflict ensues between the management and Max himself so he forms a secret club within the staffing ranks. The Opera Ghost club split up and research many different facets of the mystery and what they uncover about the new head of security knocks their socks off and they realise the magnitude of danger they are getting themselves into. The power of the management becomes very strong and threatens their very existence in the building and has the potential to destroy their friendship as well. But can they pull it together to save the opera ghost? And will Max manage to keep the search for truth alive and keep his job at the same time? One thing is for sure, the opera ghost is doing a very good job looking after himself.
